Prosperity?

If I prayed to Father God, that He would protect, bless and prosper the nations that worship Him, would I hear the words, “Prosper them? It is prosperity that is destroying them. They think that they no longer need me, that they can get what they want without me, and out of boredom, they seek false Gods. Am I so needy that I will let them ignore me and push me to the side, until they have a crisis in their lives, and then I’m expected to run to them and fill their needs?  It isn’t pride that causes me to feel this way. It is my law: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Can they expect my love, if they don’t love me?  If they want to be exalted, they must exalt me. If they want to be number one to me, they must make me number one in their lives. It’s the law, and it can’t be changed. Every action toward another results in a return action. The wages of sin is death. It can’t be changed. The penalty of sin must be paid. For this reason I sent my Son to Earth to pay the penalty of death for the sins of mankind. My son, Jesus, was without sin, so when they took his physical life on the cross and placed him in the tomb, I resurrected him. Now every person who believes in him and accepts his forgiveness, will come to the end of  their lives without sin and be resurrected, just as he was. Every action will be repaid and every seed will be harvested.
So many people, today, who call themselves Christians are worshipping at Satan’s altar. While they are chasing thrills and excitement, and idolizing themselves and sex, they are serving Satan and will reap his destruction. He will come in through the back door and build his altars. He will multiply his people and take over the government. And the people will see their preoccupation with hedonism and paganism rewarded with barbarism.
Then the people will cry out and ask “why”. And I will answer, ‘How many martyrs died so that you could know truth? How many saints were tortured beyond belief and still  the message of salvation was brought to this generation, and, yet, you turned your back on it? Why, you ask? Because it is the law. A person or a nation reaps what it has sown, and this generation has sown the seeds of its own destruction. My word to you is repent. REPENT before it is too late. “
Dear Father, forgive us.  Hold back our enemies and give us time to turn ourselves back to you. And give us the strength to make the changes that we need to make in ourselves and in our nation. You are our God, Jesus is our Lord, and there is no other.
