Do You Believe In Machu Picchu?

Do you contemplate the existence of God is kind of like a conversation I once had with, whom I thought, was an intelligent person. The subject of the Incan city built high in the Andes, but now deserted came up. This person asked if I believed it existed. I replied that people have gone there and seen it for themselves. There are pictures of it, along with the history of its spiritual history. Of course I believed it really existed. The man said that he had trouble believing that it really existed. I replied that, if He really wanted to know whether it existed or not, he should go there and experience it himself. He laughed, and I suppose he stayed several thousand miles away from Machu Picchu, and never learned for sure whether it really existed.
That’s like a lot of people, who wonder if God is real. But they never pick up a Bible to really study the evidence. They never open themselves up to Him, and they never experience the world of love and forgiveness. They never find the truth, but live in a world of their own making, denying anything that doesn’t fit their personal concept of reality.
It doesn’t really matter if Machu Picchu is real or not. But it is of extreme importance, in this life and the next, to learn whether God is real or not. I would advise anyone to go to Him, learn of Him and surrender to Him. It’s the only place where you’ll surrender and find victory. Anywhere else, you’ll fight and find defeat. I recommend victory. Seek Him out yourself and learn.
