A person accumulates body cells a little at a time over a 20 to 25 years to become an adult. The rain falls a little at a time over a 500 year period, and a seedling absorbs the nourishment and grows into a giant Red Wood tree a little at a time. A person saves his money a little at a time over their lifetime and their savings or the 401K can grow to make the person a millionaire. We eat food that is not good for us, or ingest or inhale things that cause our bodies to accumulate fat, become weakened and end up with clogged veins and arteries. We cam spend a lifetime being kind and helping others, and receive a lifetime of blessings; or we can harm those around us as we go through life and find ourselves abandoned and cursed. It all happens a little at a time, and, unless we pay attention, we hardly notice what is accumulating in our lives, because it happens, a little at a time. We can build a life of blessings, or we can destroy ourselves; and it happens a little at a time.
